SHIPPING INFO

All orders are shipped via RoyalMail from Leeds, UK. We’re doing our best to process and ship all orders out within 2-5 business days.

Orders from within the UK should arrive within 2-3 business days. There’s also a Special Delivery option available that arrives next day by 1PM, which is great for those in a rush or making a last minute gift purchase.

Delivery times for international orders are unpredictable at the moment because of the pandemic, they can take between 2 and 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination. Standard International shipping doesn’t come with a tracking number, you can upgrade to the International Tracked option if you want one.

Custom fees and VAT taxes may be charged in some countries, they are based on the value of your order, we have no control over these charges. Keep in mind that these taxes vary from country to country, and in some instances, they allow up to a certain value without any charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information about those taxes.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, as well as those that were shipped to a wrong address, please check the address carefully before checkout. We do accept address changes if the order wasn’t already shipped out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We don’t accept refunds or returns on any orders, please review your order carefully before placing it. If the item you received is defective, we can offer a replacement or a discount code, but please let us know as soon as you got it.

If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please let us know before the order is shipped out.
